     will meet in EXECUTIVE SESSION to consider the nominations of The Honorable Richard Cordray, of Ohio, to be Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for a term of five years; and The Honorable Mary Jo White, of New York, to be a Member of the Securities and Exchange Commission for the remainder of the term expiring June 5, 2014.  Following the Executive Session, the Committee will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing on ?Bipartisan Solutions for Housing Finance Reform??
