COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS SUBCOMMITTEE ON FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing entitled “Pay for Performance: Incentive Compensation at Large Financial Institutions.” The witnesses will be: Ms. Christy L. Romero, Acting Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program; Prof. Lucian A. Bebchuk, William J.
