THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing on “Fairness in Financial Services: Racism and Discrimination in Banking.” The witness will be: Mr. Steven Nesmith Esq., Vice President and Director/Head of Federal Policy, Center for Responsible Lending; Mr. Devon Westhill, President and General Counsel, Center for Equal Opportunity; Mr. Stephen Hayes, Partner, Relman Colfax PLLC; and Dr. Jacob William Faber, Associate Professor of Sociology and Public Service, New York University. 

Pursuant to guidance from the CDC and OAP, Senate office buildings are not open to the public other than official business visitors and credentialed press at this time.
