COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing on “Housing Finance Reform: Fundamentals of Transferring Credit Risk in a Future Housing Finance System.” The witnesses will be: Ms. Wanda DeLeo, Deputy Director for Office of Strategic Initiatives, Federal Housing Finance Agency; Mr. Kevin Palmer, Vice President, Freddie Mac; Ms. Laurel Davis, Vice President, Fannie Mae; Mr. Ted Durant, Vice President of Analytic Services, Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation; Mr. Ajay Rajadhyaksha, Managing Director and Co-Head of FICC Research, Barclays; and Ms. Laurie S.
