Warren Statement on Trump Media API Launch

Washington, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Ranking Member of the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee, released the following statement:

“Today, a media company lining the pockets of the President is selling special access to market-moving presidential announcements that will help Wall Street insiders profit while Americans fall further behind. Congress will be watching if the SEC actually does its job as a cop on the beat. And if Democrats take back Congress, we will haul in those responsible for this open corruption to answer to the American people.”
