THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing entitled, “Consumer Data Security and the Credit Bureaus.” The witnesses will be Mr. Andrew M. Smith, Partner, Covington & Burling LLP, on behalf of the Consumer Data Industry Association; Mr. Marc Rotenberg, President, Electronic Privacy Information Center; and Mr. Chris Jaikaran, Analyst in Cybersecurity Policy, Congressonal Research Service.
