Sen. Phil Gramm, chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, has announced the second in a series of full committee hearings on loan guarantees and rural television service. The committee will hear testimony from members of the U.S. Senate who were originally scheduled to appear at a Jan. 25 hearing that was canceled due to snow.
