• Mr. Eduardo Aguirre, Jr., of Texas, to be First Vice-President of the Export-Import Bank of the United States;
• Mr. J. Joseph Grandmaison, of New Hampshire, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Export-Import Bank of the United States; and
• Mr. Kenneth M. Donohue, of Virginia, to be Inspector General of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
