SARBANES ANNOUNCES COMMITTEE ACTION
ON ACCOUNTING REFORM AND INVESTOR
PROTECTION ISSUES

Senator Paul S. Sarbanes (D-MD), Chairman of the Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee, today announced that the full Committee will meet to conduct a mark-up of the "Public Company Accounting Reform and Investor Protection Act of 2002."
