Senator Paul S. Sarbanes (D-MD), Chairman of the Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee, today announced that the full Committee mark-up of the "Public Company Accounting Reform and Investor Protection Act of 2002" has been put over until after the Memorial Day recess at a time to be determined.
