SARBANES ANNOUNCES MARK-UP
OF ACCOUNTING REFORM AND INVESTOR
PROTECTION LEGISLATION

Senator Paul S. Sarbanes (D-MD), Chairman of the Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee, today announced that the full Committee will meet to mark-up the "Public Company Accounting Reform and Investor Protection Act of 2002."
