THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet REMOTELY to conduct a hearing entitled, “21st Century Communities:  Capitalizing on Opportunities in the Clean Energy Economy.” The witnesses will be: The Honorable Ernest Moniz, President and CEO, Energy Futures Initiative; Mr. Khalil Shahyd, Senior Advisor, Natural Resources Defense Council; Ms. Zoe Lipman, Director, Manufacturing Advanced Transportation, BlueGreen Alliance; Dr. David Kreutzer, Senior Economist, Institute for Energy Research; and Mr. Neal Crabtree, Welder, Pipeliners Local Union 798.

Pursuant to guidance from the CDC and OAP, Senate office buildings are not open to the public other than official business visitors and credentialed press at this time.
