The witnesses on Panel II will be: Mr. Donald Griffin, Vice President, Property Casualty Insurers Association of America; and Ms. Maryann Flanigan, Supervising Attorney, New Jersey Legal Services, Hurricane Sandy Legal Assistance Project.
