CFIUS Reform: Examining the Essential Elements
THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION for a hearing entitled “CFIUS Reform: Examining the Essential Elements.” The witness on Panel I will be: The Honorable John Cornyn, United States Senator (R-Texas).
