THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing entitled, “Considering the Index Fund Voting Process.” The witness on Panel I will be: The Honorable Dan Sullivan, United States Senator, Alaska. The witnesses on Panel II will be: Professor John C. Coates IV, John F. Cogan, Jr., Professor of Law and Economics, Harvard Law School; and Professor Caleb Griffin, Assistant Professor of Law, University of Arkansas School of Law.

Pursuant to guidance from the CDC and OAP, Senate office buildings are not open to the public other than official business visitors and credentialed press at this time.
