THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS SUBCOMMITTEE ON FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION Will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing entitled, “Ensuring Fair Access to Banking: Policy Levers and Legislative Solutions.” The witnesses will be: Dean Julie Hill, University of Wyoming College of Law; Ms. Kathleen Sgamma, Principal, Multiple-Use Advocacy; and Mr. Tyler Klimas, Principal, Leaf Street Strategies.
