COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS SUBCOMMITTEE ON HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing entitled, “Examining Minnesota’s Transit Priorities.” The witnesses on Panel I will be: The Honorable Margaret Anderson Kelliher, Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Transportation; Mr. Charlie Zelle, Chair, Metropolitan Council; The Honorable Irene Fernando, Commissioner, Hennepin County Board of Commissioners; Ms. Alison Zelms, City Administrator, City of Rochester, Minnesota; Ms. Grace Waltz, Vice President of Public Policy, Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce; and Ms. Cassandra Belyeu Johnson, Transit Rider, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The witness on Panel II will be: The Honorable Nuria Fernandez, Administrator, Federal Transit Administration. Additional witnesses may be added at a later date.
