THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS SUBCOMMITTEE ON HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing entitled, “Exploiting the American Dream: How Abusive Land Contracts Prey on Vulnerable Homebuyers.” The witnesses will be: Ms. Sarah Bolling Mancini, Senior Attorney, National Consumer Law Center; Ms. Elizabeth Goodell, Supervising Attorney, Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid; and Mr. John Green, Managing Principal, Blackstar Stability.
