THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing on “Guidance, Supervisory Expectations, and the Rule of Law: How do the Banking Agencies Regulate and Supervise Institutions?”  The witnesses will be: Mr. Greg Baer, President and Chief Executive Officer, Bank Policy Institute; Ms. Margaret Tahyar, Partner, Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP; and Ms. Patricia McCoy, Professor of Law, Boston College Law School
