COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing on “Housing Finance Reform: Powers and Structure of a Strong Regulator.” The witnesses will be: Mr. Alfred Pollard, General Counsel, Federal Housing Finance Agency; Ms. Diane Ellis, Director, Division of Insurance and Research, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; Mr. Kurt Regner, CFE, Assistant Director, Arizona Department of Insurance on behalf of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners; Mr. Bart Dzivi, Chief Executive Officer, The Dzivi Law Firm, P.C.; Mr. Robert Couch, Counsel, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, LLP on behalf of the Bipartisan Policy Center Housing Commission; and Mr. Paul Leonard, Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, Housing Policy Council of the Financial Services Round Table.
