THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing entitled “Legislative Proposals on Capital Formation and Corporate Governance.”  The witnesses will be:  Ms. Catherine Mott, CEO, BlueTree Capital and BlueTree Allied Angels; Mr. Thomas Quaadman, Executive Vice President, U.S. Chamber Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness; and Ms. Heather Slavkin Corzo, Director of Capital Markets Policy for AFL-CIO, and Senior Fellow for Americans for Financial Reform.
