THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRSwill meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing on ““Privacy Rights and Data Collection in a Digital Economy.”  The witnesses will be: Mr. Peter Chase, Senior Fellow, The German Marshall Fund of the United States; Mr. Jay Cline, Privacy and Consumer Protection Leader, Principal, PwC US; and Mr. Maciej Ceglowski, Founder, Pinboard.
