THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing on “Protecting Investors and Savers: Understanding Scams and Risks in Crypto and Securities Markets.” The witnesses will be: Ms. Melanie Senter Lubin, President, North American Securities Administrators Association; and Ms. Gerri Walsh, Senior Vice President of Investor Education, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Pursuant to guidance from the CDC and OAP, Senate office buildings are not open to the public other than official business visitors and credentialed press at this time.
