THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing on “Securing America: Key Authorities Under the Defense Production Act.”  The witnesses will be: Ms. Mckinsey Lyon, VP External Affairs, Perpetua Resources; Mr. Jared Brown, Executive Director, Global Shield; and Dr. John G. McGinn, Executive Director, Greg and Camille Baroni Center for Government Contracting at the Costello College of Business, George Mason University. Additional witnesses may be added at a later date.
