The COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing entitled, “Surface Transportation Reauthorization: Building on the Successes of MAP-21 to Deliver Safe, Efficient and Effective Public Transportation Services and Projects.” The witnesses will be: Mr. Michael Melaniphy, President and CEO, American Public Transportation Association; Ms. Janet Kavinoky, Executive Director, Transportation and Infrastructure, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and Vice President, Americans for Transportation Mobility Coalition; Ms. Barbara Cline, Upper Midwest Regional Director, Community Transportation Association of America, and Executive Director, Prairie Hills Transit; and Mr. Harry Lombardo, International President, Transport Workers Union of America, AFL-CIO. All hearings are webcast live and will not be available until the hearing starts.
