Banking Committee Schedules Hearing on Facebook’s Cryptocurrency

WASHINGTON – The United States Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs has scheduled a hearing on Facebook’s proposed digital currency and data privacy concerns.  Witnesses will be announced at a later date.  

TUESDAY, July 16, 2019 

Full Committee Hearing: “Examining Facebook’s Proposed Digital Currency and Data Privacy Considerations.” 

Witness: Mr. David A. Marcus, Head of Calibra, Facebook.
